Well, I had to see it to beleive it but our very own Sands Falk is in the upcoming August 2008 issue of Rugby World (yes, the international, UK-based rugby magazine). Looks like the reporter for Rugby World's 'Tackling the Globe' column tripped over Sands at his very last training session with Santa Monica. We've got an exclusive pre-print available in the downloads area (high-quality version updated 10 July 2008). As attendees already know, the Lakefront 7s was cancelled at or near the end of the pool stages due to a severe thunder and lightning storm which passed through the area. The Harlequins would like to apologize to all teams for this unforeseeable turn of events. Also, a BIG thank-you to all attendees. We'll see you next year!
